How do I change my meal selection?
Unfortunately, meal selections cannot be changed after the initial booking. We recommend selecting your preferred meal option during the booking process. Special dietary requirements should be communicated at least 48 hours before departure by contacting our support team.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy allows for full refunds if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date. Please contact our support team for further assistance with cancellations.
When do i check in?
The check-in opens 3 hours before departure and closes 15 minutes before your flight. Be sure to either bring your boarding pass either digitally or physically.
What are the baggage allowances?
Our standard checked baggage allowance is 23 kg per bag with maximum dimensions of 158cm (height + width + length).
